Vuse - Meet the Users
Rather than us interviewing our Vuse vapers, we get smokers and competitive vapers to do it.
We explore the fears & concerns they have with someone who’s been there and done that. They would be honest, fun, authentic and by the end of the films our non-Vusers will have the information they need to make an informed decision about Vuse.
In markets with a greater opportunities to recruit competitor vapers, or in markets facing MoDi bans this format could be adapted to become Vapers meeting Vusers, or Disposables Users meeting Vuse Rechargeables users.

Digital Animatics:
We leverage key VDR animatics to support our claims for high-dwell digital touchpoints, ensuring our "Done Right" message is communicated with data-backed insights.
Human Representation:
We incorporate relatable visuals to address commonly searched for or asked questions and concerns about vaping, providing social proof that Vuse is a responsible choice—better alternative than smoking and a trusted leader within the category.
Iconography:
For distant or brief interactions (over a meter away), we use clear, impactful icons to convey our core claims quickly and effectively.
Full Written Claims:
At high-dwell touchpoints, we provide detailed written claims to deepen understanding and reinforce our message.
